Dinner on the Minnesota Zephyr was a great way to spend my husbands milestone birthday.  We went with my sister and brother-in-law, enjoyed visiting with the engineers in the front engine, and had Happy Birthday sung to my husband by a barbershop quartet.  It was so funny – he didn’t want the singing and told all of us not to mention that it was his birthday, then he goes and blabs it to the singers.  He was a good sport about it and enjoyed the evening very much.
