Thing for Signs, Signs, Everywhere a Sign

Thing (from Wiktionary) – A word, symbol, sign or other referent that can be used to refer to any entity.

There are all kinds of signs and symbols for things in downtown that refer to streets, tourist attractions, places, and rules to follow – especially the one way street signs (there is not one in this particular picture, but they are everywhere).
