Beyond – Farther along or away; in addition; more.
My husband and I love to hike. Some trails don’t seem to end and when we hike, we always wonder what is beyond the next curve, what is beyond the next hill. When we hiked to Bond Falls in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, the path seemed to go on forever and after a while, it seemed that there was nothing more beyond the trees in front of me. And then finally, we were at the falls.
We stayed for several hours. I wrote in my journal and watched the dragonflies. I’d like to say I enjoyed listening to the water, but my husband spent the entire time talking with another pair of hikers that arrived shortly after we did. I will never forget the feel of the sun on my face and the beauty of where we were.

Sounds like bliss. Could just go lie under a tree right now. Have been doing housework, and laundry all day. Am pooped! Feels good though, having accomplished so much.
am glad you enjoyed the great outdoors…hugmamma. :)
