Drink More Water (Mostly)

One thing you’ll often see is me with water.  I don’t drink coffee, although as I’ve gotten older I do drink iced tea in the morning to help me wake up.  My favorite boy toy started drinking coffee when he was 16.  I didn’t need a wake-up glass of tea until I was 50.  He was appalled that I didn’t need a morning caffeine boost earlier in life.

After that one glass of tea, it’s water for the rest of the day.  I don’t generally buy bottled water, but I like it to be filtered if possible.  Straight tap water often has an off flavor.

Here I am with my sister in Kansas City.  She’d gone with me to a conference, visiting old friends and going sightseeing while I was busy.  I love this picture and how pretty we looked that night.

Word for tomorrow – NOTHING.  If you prefer to work ahead, see the list for the week under “A Word A Day”.
