Intense Playtime Is So Entertaining

May 31, 2011

Cats, Pets, ZArchive (Old Blog)

These two pictures are sequential from when the kitten was. . . well, still a kitten.  Do you see how intense he is?  What is out of range of these two pictures (it’s in later pictures from this series) is one of the older cats was cautiously checking out why this paper kept moving, only to get pounced on by a kitten making mischief.

The moment ended with a lot of hissing, batting at each other, and the older cat running off.  The kitten merely moved on to something else that caught his short attention span.

The last of my babies – hard to believe he’s gone for over a year now.  Not that the dogs let me miss them for very long.

Word for tomorrow – EXTRACT.  If you prefer to work ahead, see the list for the week under “A Word A Day”.

To see how others might interpret today’s randomly selected word, check out other challenge participants in the box at the right.  For more information on participating in the challenge, click the tab above.

Not sure where the cat went, but hope it was a happy move.

It’s a good thing he was cute.

It was a good thing he was cute – I think that’s the only reason he lived past the first few months. He was such a pest! It was the first time in my life that I had to make a kitten take a nap so we could all get a break (and he conked right out too). And his voice had only two settings – bellow and louder yet. When we drove him home the very first time, we really worried that one of the toll booth agents was going to call the police because he was screaming so loud.
